I had the honor of being Cydney’s maternity photographer for her session at the iconic Common House in Chattanooga, TN. We teamed up to add all sorts of fun and personal details to the session, making it feel incredibly unique to her and her pregnancy journey. It was amazing to see our vision come to life! So, when you’re planning your own maternity session, don’t forget to enjoy the process and sprinkle in those special touches that scream “you.” That’s exactly what Cydney did for her photoshoot, which resulted in stunning pictures. Remember, it’s important to make your maternity session feel unique to your pregnancy journey so you can have an experience you’ll never forget.
Cydney had already done the basic field maternity photos when she was pregnant with her first baby. So, she wanted to do something fun and memorable for her second one. Since her pregnancy was coming to an end in the midst of summer and her craving was lemons – we went all out with a Capri/fruit-themed maternity shoot at the Common House. Lemons and other kinds of fruit transformed the entire place into a fruity paradise. We decided to lovingly call this session, “The fruits of her labor.” Everything truly felt like her, and it showcased her creativity and the thought she put into it all. Overall, this photoshoot celebrated the beauty of her pregnancy in a one-of-kind way.
As a maternity photographer, I’m all about creating unique experiences for my clients that tell their story. You’ll never see me copy and paste someone else’s story from Pinterest. For every session, I capture moments that authentically narrate your personal journey. It’s not just about taking photos, I’m freezing memories that matter. I make sure you get pictures that remind you of the anticipation and excitement you felt about bringing your baby into the world. So, when you look back at the photos from your maternity session, you’re not just seeing poses, you’re feeling your unique story told in a special way.
“Would give a million stars if I could! She captured my maternity pictures exactly how I envisioned them and more! THANK YOU!”
